Valeria is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. As a proud Mexican-American and Spanish speaker, she values cultural sensitivity and strives to provide inclusive support for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. She is currently earning her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Utah and has gained experience working with children, the elderly, and, most recently, with the young adult population through outpatient community health.
With a foundation in trauma-informed therapeutic approaches and a deep commitment to empathy and client-centered care, she enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life and across all populations.
In her free time, Valeria enjoys spending time capturing moments through photography, caring for her pets, and exploring new cities.
