Her background includes working alongside medical professionals in the assessment of autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities, as well as supporting individuals in residential treatment settings as they built life skills and worked toward greater independence. She has also contributed to research focused on recognizing signs of suicidality in individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, reflecting her commitment to supporting clients through some of the most vulnerable and complex experiences.
Since joining Life Stone in 2021, Lexi has also been involved in the ketamine program, where she has supported clients through deeper therapeutic work. This experience has strengthened her ability to help individuals safely explore and process difficult emotions, especially when traditional approaches have felt limiting. She brings this depth of understanding into her everyday therapy, offering thoughtful, grounded support for clients at all stages of their healing journey.
Lexi takes a personalized, client-centered approach, recognizing that each person’s needs, history, and goals are unique. She integrates evidence-based therapies to help clients build on their strengths, navigate challenges, and develop practical tools that support lasting change.
Her goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded in your day-to-day life, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience. She welcomes individuals who are beginning therapy for the first time, as well as those returning to it with new goals.
Outside of work, Lexi enjoys reading, crafting, playing softball, paddle boarding, and spending time with friends and family.
