Stefyn Hall is a graduate-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s most overwhelming and uncertain seasons. She especially enjoys working with women and teens who are exploring identity, healing from trauma, navigating grief or divorce, or working through faith-related concerns and questions surrounding acceptance.
Her therapeutic approach is both compassionate and direct. She strives to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and genuine while also helping clients challenge patterns that may be keeping them stuck. She often incorporates cognitive and emotion-focused approaches to help clients build awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with their sense of self and purpose.
Stefyn believes that mental health is not about having everything together, it is about learning how to respond when life feels like it is falling apart. She is not afraid to go deep with clients, at their pace, to process difficult experiences and emotions so that healing and growth can take place.
Above all, she aims to meet clients where they are while helping them move toward where they want to be.
