Noa Hochman, MSW, CSW, is a therapist who brings authenticity, warmth, humor, and a direct but compassionate approach to therapy. She believes clients deserve a space where they can feel genuinely understood while also being gently challenged to explore patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
Noa has experience working with adolescents and adults in outpatient, crisis, and higher levels of mental health care. She enjoys supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, eating disorders and body image concerns, identity and LGBTQIA+ concerns, family and relationship challenges, life transitions, and experiences of suicidality or crisis. She especially enjoys working with people who are hard on themselves, feel overwhelmed by their emotions, or are trying to better understand who they are and what they want.
Noa's approach is collaborative, relational, and individualized. She draws from CBT, ACT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches while recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Above all, she hopes clients experience therapy as a place where they can be fully themselves, feel supported, and have honest conversations that lead to meaningful change.
