“You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.” -Maya Angelou
Life is unpredictable, and while we can’t always control what happens, we can choose how we respond. Sometimes, small changes lead to the most profound transformations. Whether it’s a shift in perspective, developing new coping skills, or taking that first step toward healing, even small actions can create lasting impact.
I believe everyone has the power to make positive changes, no matter how difficult things feel. Together, we’ll explore where you are and where you want to go, identifying small steps that lead to meaningful results. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I’m here to listen and support you on your journey.
