My purpose as a clinician is to meet you with warmth, authenticity, and non-judgment, and to be present with whatever you bring into the room. Every person and every session is different. I support clients in processing, problem-solving, skill-building, feeling, or simply taking space to breathe. I believe therapy is grounded in autonomy, trust, and a shared commitment to your well-being. Choosing therapy is an act of courage, and I hold deep respect for that choice. Healing is rarely linear, and it’s a privilege to witness and support each client’s evolving growth.
