Faith Driggs, CSW-I is currently a specialist year Master of Social Work Student at the University of Utah. In 2023, she received a bachelor's degree in psychology and an associate's degree in criminal justice from Utah State University. She has experience working with various populations, including those with concerns relating to addiction, eating disorders, self-harm/suicidal ideation, autism spectrum disorder, OCD, and LGBTQIA+. She completed her first-year internship at Oasis Ascent, a residential treatment center for teens assigned female at birth, where she gained skills and experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, de-escalation, and supporting communities. She is also trained in neurofeedback, and utilizes mind-body connection and biofeedback tools.
Faith believes that all clients deserve compassion and an opportunity to heal and grow in their own mental health journey. She is dedicated to supporting all people interested in her services, regardless of their background, history, or challenges. Faith utilizes both mind-body connection, talk therapy, and EMDR to ensure clients receive the individualized treatment they need. As a mental health professional, Faith understands the importance of creating a safe and comfortable space for clients so they can best work on creating positive, lifelong change and forming positive connections.
Outside of the therapy office, Faith enjoys violin, musical theatre, yoga, writing, and spending time with her family (including her two cats Bart and Mo).
