Dr. Daniel Jacobs is from Orem, UT and a graduate of Orem High School. He attended Brigham Young University for his undergraduate degree and then Rocky Vista University in Parker Colorado for osteopathic medical school. He joined the Air Force Health Professions Scholarship Program and completed internship in Biloxi, Mississippi and then 2 years as a flight doctor for the Air Force in Albuquerque New Mexico. Following his tour as a flight doctor, he completed anesthesiology residency at the University of Kansas in Kansas City and then a pain management fellowship in San Antonio, Texas. After fellowship, he completed his Air Force commitment by spending two years in northern California at Travis Air Force Base practicing pain management and anesthesia before returning to Utah.
Dr. Jacobs joins Life Stone as the medical director of the ketamine infusion program. He utilized ketamine infusions in the treatment of patients with chronic pain and mental health disorders while in the military and is excited about sharing his experience and expertise with the patients at Life Stone.
