Caylie is an intern therapist in the process of completing her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC). In 2025, she completed her Bachelor in Science with an emphasis in Psychology from Utah Valley University. While completing her undergraduate degree, Caylie worked as a Firefighter and Advanced EMT, responding to 911 calls in the Utah County area. This background fueled her passion for mental health, and she hopes to use her experience as a first responder to help other first responders that may be experiencing career-induced PTSD and physical or mental stress from the demands of the job.
Caylie has worked with clients who experience OCD,
anxiety, depression, PTSD, and body dysmorphia. She plans to specialize
in anxiety and trauma disorders and hopes to counsel individuals and
couples that have been impacted by traumatic events. As the partner of a
full-time firefighter, Caylie understands how careers can impact
relationships and is passionate about helping couples connect amid
challenging life circumstances. Caylie also enjoys working with
individuals, couples, and families through major life changes, faith
transitions, and the impacts of grief and loss.
In her free time, Caylie enjoys reading, hiking, watching TV and spending time with her family. She loves anything with a creative outlet; especially in the kitchen, and has recently become a sourdough
enthusiast.
