I believe we all carry a deep inner strength that can guide us through life’s challenges, it’s just that sometimes we need support in uncovering it. My role is to walk alongside you in a compassionate, caring way, helping you connect with that strength and empowering you to move forward.
I am a person-centered, trauma-focused therapist who values the power of self-love. I’m passionate about helping others discover kindness, gentleness, and purpose within themselves. Together, we’ll work collaboratively —mind, body, and soul— to nurture healing and growth as you move through this journey.
Andy is passionate about helping others uncover their inner strengths and realize their full potential. He believes in empowering individuals to recognize the resilience and capabilities they already carry within themselves.
Andy is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Social Work as he works toward becoming a licensed therapist. His clinical experience includes supporting individuals navigating substance use challenges as well as a wide range of mental health concerns. He approaches each client with empathy, respect, and a genuine commitment to walking alongside them on their unique journey.
Outside of the therapy room, Andy finds peace and renewal in the outdoors- especially hiking in the mountains. He is also an avid traveler, lifelong learner, and baseball enthusiast. Most importantly, Andy is a proud father to his four-year-old daughter, bringing the same sense of care, presence, and dedication he holds as a parent into his work with clients.
