Humans have an incredible ability to heal themselves. Sometimes, those deep wounds take a little more work to get at. Your wounds need the right environment to heal. I am here to sit with you in your moments of pain, and cheer you on as you move forward. I can be your, anchor, guide or witness, through the pain and help you emerge stronger. I aim to build self-compassion, resilience, and empowerment in my clients. Your trauma means something, but you do not have to suffer any longer. Together, we can figure out how you want to live, and once we do that, I am committed to getting you there.

Ally Cirenza grew up in upstate New York before heading south to the University of Alabama to earn her undergraduate degree in Psychology. From there, she moved to Moab, Utah where her love for the great outdoors blossomed. Ally then earned her Nursing Degree from the University of Utah. She has over 5 years of experience working in inpatient and outpatient psychiatry settings. She is currently attending the University of Utah, once again, to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. In her off time, you can find Ally skiing, mountain biking, and doing yoga.
