Elisa Warren, DNP, APRN, PMHNP is a board certified, doctorate nurse practitioner, specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health.  She received her doctorate from the University of Utah’s Doctorate Nurse Practitioner program and earned a Bachelor of Nursing at Westminster College. Elisa comes to Life Stone Counseling with diverse experience as she has spent her nursing career in a variety of roles focused on helping individuals and families heal from mental illnesses. She has over 5 year’s experience working in inpatient facilities.

Elisa is passionate about helping others overcome life's challenges. She provides care in the forms or psychiatric medication evaluation and management, psychotherapy, and ketamine infusion therapy.
 
Elisa’s professional approach includes therapy modalities that are evidence-based and client-centered. She fosters an environment where empathy, compassion and safety are present. She is a client advocate and has a holistic perspective to healthcare and treatment.
