Brynnlee Brunt is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor who holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. She previously earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Brigham Young University-Hawaii. Brynnlee’s diverse work, academic, and life experiences have cultivated her deep appreciation for individuals from all cultures, religions, and backgrounds. She is driven by a genuine desire to help her clients navigate and improve the challenging situations they face, believing firmly in the inherent strength and potential within each person to create positive change in their lives.

With a specialized focus on working with parents, children, teenagers, and young adults, Brynnlee is dedicated to empowering her clients to navigate and overcome obstacles while embracing their unique life journeys. She recognizes that each stage of life comes with its own set of challenges and opportunities for growth. By fostering a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment, Brynnlee encourages her clients to explore their feelings, develop resilience, and cultivate self-awareness. She is committed to helping them build the skills necessary to face life’s challenges with confidence and grace, ultimately guiding them toward a more fulfilling and authentic existence.

Brynnlee is also passionate about addressing prenatal and postpartum concerns. She understands that the transition into parenthood can bring a complex mix of emotions, including joy, anxiety, and even feelings of overwhelm. Brynnlee is dedicated to providing support for expectant and new parents as they navigate issues such as postpartum depression, anxiety, and adjustment challenges. Her goal is to create a safe space for clients to express their feelings and experiences, empowering them to build confidence in their parenting abilities while prioritizing their mental health and well-being.

Outside of her professional life, Brynnlee enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 beautiful children. Together, they enjoy exploring new places, savoring delicious food, spending time outdoors, exercising, and diving into a good book. As a mother, she navigates the highs and lows of parenting daily and has personally experienced the profound impact of grief and loss through multiple miscarriages. These experiences have deepened her understanding of the importance of seeking help and prioritizing mental health.
