Hannah Tenney received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in 2019 and has since developed a strong passion for working with teenagers in various settings. One of her most meaningful experiences was working in a residential treatment program, where she gained a deep understanding of family dynamics and built lasting connections with both the students and their parents. Hannah is currently in her second year of pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work at Utah Valley University.
Hannah believes that authenticity and honest connection are key to building a strong therapeutic relationship. She is committed to creating a space where her clients feel comfortable being their true selves, allowing for genuine understanding and growth. In return, she strives to bring authenticity and openness to each session.
As the oldest of seven children, family is central to Hannah’s life, though many of her loved ones remain in Texas, where she is originally from. In her personal journey to face her fears and embrace new challenges, Hannah earned her beginner’s skydiving license, despite a fear of heights. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new experiences, whether it’s discovering a new restaurant or setting out on a scenic hike.
