I position myself as a fellow traveler on the therapeutic journey as I seek to assist my clients in finding greater purpose, healing, and growth. I believe that honesty, empathy, humor, and hope are essential qualities in an effective therapeutic relationship. As your therapist, I will collaborate with you to identify paths to increased peace and meaningful self-discovery based in your personal values. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, exercising, spending time with my cats, and curating playlists for all moods and occasions.
