Abigail Cobabe, CSW earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University before going on to complete her Master’s of Social Work with an emphasis in Mental Health at the University of Utah. Abigail has a background of working in the child welfare sector as a permanency intern and in the Department of Corrections as a Therapist in the Utah State Prison. She is now passionate about her career working in the community with individuals, couples, children, and families.
Abigail seeks to provide a space of healing, growth, and empowerment in therapy by engaging in a client-centered, trauma informed approach. Her practice is rooted in cultural humility, empathy, and the belief that all people have inherent worth. She is also a LGBTQ+ Affirming clinician. Abigail believes in helping her clients find meaning and acceptance in their lives by identifying and connecting to their personal values. Wherever you are on your mental health journey, Abigail feels honored to meet you there and support you through life’s challenges.
