LISA SOVINSKY, CSW
"I believe that everyone has the capacity to overcome hardship. I hope to support my clients in finding their own strength to evolve to their best self. Much of my passion and practice has focused on children and adolescents with mood management, depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, attachment issues, and behavioral issues. I enjoy supporting parents in learning healthy parenting skills and techniques. I am hopeful that through the therapy process my clients can develop the tools to become healthy and happy."
