Client Relations Manager
Must show solid ability to:
- Interact with clients and their families during all phases of client research, intake, education, therapy and aftercare; and oversee all employee communication and interactions with clients and their families.
- Validate compatibility between client’s needs and Life Stone’s offerings.
- Complete client sales and intake process, clearly communicating the company's prices to clients and their family; and closing financial arrangements.
- Contribute as a mentor or, if candidate is licensed, as a counselor to client case management.
- Identify, establish and interact effectively with clients’ 3rd party support system (family, clergy, attorneys, doctors, etc.) and Life Stone’s 3rd party referral network (inpatient, detoxification, doctors, attorneys, court employees, case workers, clergy, etc).
Experienced Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (LSAC)
Must show solid ability to:
- Provide professional counseling services, including assessments, 1-on-1 counseling, group counseling and aftercare.
- Interact with clients and their families during all phases of client research, intake, education, therapy and aftercare; clearly communicating the company's offerings and prices to clients and their family.
- Validate compatibility between client’s needs and Life Stone’s offerings.
- Oversee ongoing client case management.
- Understand and interact effectively with Life Stone’s 3rd party referral network (inpatient, detoxification, doctors, attorneys, court employees, case workers, etc).
PRIME for LIFE / PRIME SOLUTIONS Certified Instructor
Must show solid ability to:
- Teach clients the principles and best practices that comprise PRI’s curriculum.
- Be professional, approachable, energetic and respected by clients.
- Motivate clients to excel in their coursework, and adhere to all PRI and Life Stone rules and best practices.
- Must be certified by Prevention Research Institute for PRIME for LIFE.
- Preference will be given to candidates that are also certified for PRIME SOLUTIONS.
