“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.” Carl Jung

Being in a place where you are ready to begin therapy means you are ready for a change in your life. Seeking help means that something isn’t feeling right, and I am here to help you begin this journey so we can figure it out what your next step is to get you back on track.  So… take a breath… we can do this together!
Jane is a Master’s level intern majoring in Social Work at Utah Valley University. She has taught the parenting and children classes in her undergraduate internship in the Strengthening Families Program.  These classes included teaching skills on managing grief, trauma, and resolving conflicts in family communication.

Jane knows firsthand the difficulties of divorce and has helped many individuals through their own struggle of divorce, remarriage, and blended families. She is experienced in helping those who are coping with the depression and anxiety that comes with life’s burdens when things get too heavy to carry. She understands parenting conflict that is part of raising a family and is experienced in helping family members cope with drug addiction in their family.

Jane has worked with children of all ages in several school districts helping them understand what is keeping them from achieving success and then finding solutions to empower them to accomplish their goals. Healing is a process, and when you are suffering, peace of mind is sometimes all we wish for. Let her help you in your process of finding peace.

When she is not working, Jane loves hiking, being outdoors, reading, and spending time with her husband, five adult children, and her growing number of grandchildren.
