Paige Goldy, CSUDC, ACMHC-I is passionate about helping people improve their lives, overcome difficult challenges, and become empowered to manage one’s happiness, wellbeing, and future. Paige collaboratively works with individuals to achieve their therapeutic goals, increase life satisfaction and happiness, and help them live the life they desire. She has five years of experience in this field and strongly believes in the effectiveness and power of therapy. Paige is warm, genuine, empathetic, and accepting, and will immediately help you feel safe and at ease as you begin your therapeutic journey. She is an experienced counseling professional and has successfully helped individuals feel better, implement changes, and take control of their lives and happiness.
Paige works with individuals, couples and families facing difficult challenges such as trauma, substance abuse and addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, women’s issues, self-esteem issues, and stress management. She provides individual, group, couples and family counseling for adults, adolescents and children. Paige specializes in a variety of therapeutic approaches, techniques, and modalities including EMDR, dialectic behavioral therapy, neurological feedback, mindfulness and cognitive behavior therapy.
Paige is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Utah. She is a Certified Substance Use Disorder Counselor in the state of Utah and has counseled individuals with substance abuse disorders and addictions, for several years. Paige earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is currently training to become certified in EMDR therapy. Paige practices at our Salt Lake County location.
