PAIGE GOLDY, ACMHC, CSUDC
"In life, we all experience times of difficulty, which can cause painful emotions such as hopelessness, depression, anxiety, loneliness, etc. Sometimes no matter what we try or do, we are unable to create and live the life we desire and deserve. Don't be discouraged- there are times when we need help, support and guidance to overcome our challenges.

I believe healing and change happens in a safe, non-judgemental space, where you fee listened to, supported, accepted and valued as an individual with a unique life story. My role is to help you feel better. I will support you, help you feel empowered, explore your existing strengths and resources, and prepare you with additional skills and tools. In a comfortable, caring environment we will work together to establish what you would like to accomplish during our time together, and determine how the therapy process can be personalized to fit your needs. I look forward to meeting you and working with you!"
